A Informa<\/a> chegou a um acordo com a Charterhouse Capital Partners<\/a> e outros acionistas para adquirir a Tarsus, pelo valuation inicial de USD 940m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Tarsus det\u00e9m e opera um portf\u00f3lio de mais de 160 eventos ao vivo e sob demanda, dentre eles a s\u00e9rie global de feiras do segmento de r\u00f3tulos e etiquetas “Labelexpo”, al\u00e9m de publicar a tradicional revista “Labels & Labeling”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As 10 maiores marcas da Tarsus atraem um total de 515.000 visitantes e mais de 8350 expositores, o que expandir\u00e1 o portf\u00f3lio da Informa para mais de 85 marcas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde 2019, quando a Tarsus plc foi adquirida pela Charterhouse, o portf\u00f3lio j\u00e1 se expandiu com 24 lan\u00e7amentos e 11 aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es direcionadas. Assim como a Informa, a Tarsus est\u00e1 vendo um retorno forte do mercado tanto nos eventos ao vivo como sob demanda B2B em 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os portf\u00f3lios da Informa e Tarsus s\u00e3o complementares, tanto geograficamente, como por categoria de mercado. A sua combina\u00e7\u00e3o espera gerar uma sinergia de opera\u00e7\u00f5es anualizada na ordem de c.$20m at\u00e9 2025 (efici\u00eancias em procurement, tecnologia, contratos de eventos, im\u00f3veis e outras \u00e1reas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A combina\u00e7\u00e3o almeja ainda entregar receitas incrementais com marketing cruzado entre marcas, expans\u00e3o digital e lan\u00e7amento de novos eventos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
