Uma delas, a gigante alem\u00e3 Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.heidelberg.com\/global\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Heidelberg<\/a>), negociou a venda da&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallus-group.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gallus<\/a>&nbsp;Group para a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.benpac.ch\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Benpac Holding AG<\/a>&nbsp;(empresa su\u00ed\u00e7a atuante no setor de embalagens), rumando para o foco principal de seu neg\u00f3cio, de impress\u00e3o plana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Al\u00e9m do mais, a transa\u00e7\u00e3o aporta a bagatela de 120 milh\u00f5es de Euros, o que traz uma certa &#8220;tranquilidade&#8221; na estabilidade da companhia, em longo prazo.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As duas planejam cooperar proximamente, no neg\u00f3cio da Gallus Labelfire, a impressora digital para r\u00f3tulos da Gallus. E a Heidelberg continuar\u00e1 a fornecer a unidade de impress\u00e3o digital (DPU) e os consum\u00edveis para o equipamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O CEO da empresa, Rainer Hundsd\u00f6rfer, corrobora dizendo que embora a companhia v\u00e1 manter o foco na impress\u00e3o plana, mediante a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Benpac, vai continuar retendo o know-how de impress\u00e3o digital at\u00e9 mesmo para &#8220;digitalizar as impressoras convencionais&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da Gallus implica em 5 f\u00e1bricas e um total de 430 colaboradores na Alemanha e Su\u00ed\u00e7a. Assim que as autoridades competentes aprovarem a transa\u00e7\u00e3o e caso n\u00e3o haja condicionantes, espera-se que o neg\u00f3cio tenha efeito ainda antes do fim de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;A venda trar\u00e1 um grande impulso de liquidez ao patrim\u00f4nio e caixa da empresa e ser\u00e1 de grande ajuda, especialmente durante a pandemia&#8221;, pontua o CFO Marcus A. Wassenberg.
